There were 85 people participating in this study, and 64 of them said they would choose to do exercise at home (64%)


Why most people choose to do exercise at home?
The COVID-19 epidemic has made it difficult for people to go out to exercise, so many people choose to exercise at home to strengthen their fitness.

In GovHK
The "Healthy Exercise for All Campaign", it suggest that we can build exercise into our daily life, e.g. walking more, stair climbing, doing housework or doing exercise by getting up earlier in the morning or making use of lunchtime or the time before dinner.
