Physical activities can help relieve depression and soothe anxiety. physical activities release endorphins and other feel-good chemicals in your brain to put you in a better mood. CONS
In Hong Kong, people are already too busy for not exercising. Having to carve out an extra 30 minutes to an hour for exercise could be a real challenge for many people. If you want to do physical activities, you have to sacrifice time for other activities. For example, socializing, entertaining, resting.
Also, when people want to do physical activities, most of them can only study online or explore on their own. This can easily cause them to misbehave in physical activities.
