Frequency of doing exercise
How often do you do exercise per week?
As can be seen from the table, among the 85 people, 24 (28.2%) only exercised one day a week, 26 (30.6%) exercised two days a week, 23 (27.1%) exercised three days a week, 6 (7.1%) exercised fours days a week, and 1 (1.2%) exercised five days a week. 2 (2.4%) exercised six days a week. Finally, only have 3 people (3.5%) exercised every day. These figures show that people usually do 1-3 times per week.

Why do Hong Kong people exercise only for a few days a week?
Since the people in Hong Kong are very busy at work, they will not have time to do exercise, it only has time on holiday or in their leisure time to do that.
