We interviewed 85 people with exercise habits through the questionnaire. Understand that they more like to do aerobic and stretching exercises.
We analyze that aerobic exercise is more popular with men, such as football, basketball, table tennis. Boys have more exercise activities and competitions than girls in school and communities. In general, girls are quieter and decorous that they like to do stretching exercises more than men. Different types of sports have different advantages, We hope people learn more and choose the exercise that suits them

BENEFITS OF AEROBIC EXERCISE
Aerobic exercise reduces the risk of many health conditions, ranging from heart disease to dementia. Although all forms of physical activity provide some benefits, aerobic exercise is particularly effective because it causes the heart and lungs to work harder than usual.

Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage.
